Commissioning
• If you have the battery version of the appliance, please note that the
batteries are not fully charged and must first be charged for operation.
• Now select the appropriate location for the appliance,
taking into account the safety instructions
• Use the key provided to open the front door of the appliance and place
the container with disinfectant in the space provided [see Overview]
• Plug the power cord into the power socket at the back of the appliance
• Now set the rotary switch labeled Power to ON [see overview]
The appliance is now ready for operation
• Use the Disinfectant rotary switch to set the desired
disinfectant output volume in 6 steps from 05ml - 3ml [see
overview] The RKI recommends a target quantity of 3ml
• With the Lighting rotary switch you can optionally
switch on the LED basic lighting
Operation
• Non-contact insertion of hands into the opening, both palms
open upwards Fingertips slightly angled upwards
• Via sensor recognition, the palms are automatically sprayed with disinfectant
The spray quantity is adjustable variably [seecommissioning]
• Remove your hands from the appliance and rub the hand disinfectant for approx
30 seconds for optimum elimination of pathogens
