The pieces were too big prior to cooking. Use the ‘Blend’ or ‘Pulse’
setting to make the soup smoother.
Cut the pieces into smaller pieces before adding to the soup maker.
The wrong program has been selected for the volume added.
The ‘Blend’ setting will automatically stop after roughly 150 seconds to
avoid over-heating. Allow the appliance to cool down before using
again.
Check and clean the overfill sensor.
Follow the ‘Cleaning’ section of the user manual.
The soup maker has shit off due to over-heating and has reset, allow
time for the appliance to cool down before use.
