Basic Operation
Using the touch panel, viewing Home screen/Simple menu, activating
application, etc. are explained here.
Using the Touch panel
The display on the product is a touch panel operated by touching it
with your finger.
• The touch panel is designed to be lightly touched by fingers. Do
not push it forcibly with a finger or press it with sharp objects (nail,
ballpoint pen, pin, etc.).
• In the following cases, the product may not respond to touching the
touch panel, or errors in operation may occur.
- Operation with gloved hands
- Operation with tip of fingernail
- Operation with a foreign object on the display
- Operation with protective sheet or seal on the display
- Operation when the display is wet or fogged
- Operation with wet or sweaty fingers
- Operation under water

Tap/Double-tap
Lightly touch a screen and then immediately
release your finger. Double tap: Tap the same
position twice.

Operation
Select an item or icon displayed on the screen.
Double-tap to zoom in/out the screen view.

Long-touch
Keep touching an item or key.

Operation
Display context menu etc.

Slide
Keep touching and trace it to the desired
direction.

Operation
Scroll a screen or switch a page. Or operate
gauge or bar for adjusting volume or brightness.

Flick
Quickly move (flicking) your finger up, down,
right, or left.

Operation
Switch pages or enter characters by flick input.

Narrow/Widen with fingers
Touch the screen with two fingers and widen or
narrow the fingers' distance.

Zoom in/out screen.
