4.1 Mounting the monitor panel
The mounting of the monitor panel is effected via threaded bolts M4 or M5 that are placed at the
sides. On the upper and lower edge the mounting is carried out via screw clamping fixtures
pressing against the mounting area, to press on the seal of the front panel. With a professional
mounting, a class of protection of IP65 is attained.
The types MP2050 , MP5050 and MP5070 can be mounted in 19" control cabinets (in accordance
with DIN 41494). The height unit of the devices corresponds to 9HE. For this purpose, tapped blind
holes according to the 19" grid dimension are positioned on the rear side of the front frame, which
can optionally be drilled by the factory or during mounting. The set screws have to be removed
before mounting. The use of the screw clamping fixtures is omitted here.
