3) DHCP
DHCP Server
Here is the description of every setup item:
Parameter
Description
DHCP Mode
Select the desired DHCP mode from the drop down menu:
None - Turns off DHCP functionality.
Server - The router will act as a DHCP server and assign IP
addresses to connected devices.
Start IP
Enter the starting address for the DHCP pool.
End IP
Enter the ending address for the DHCP pool.
Lease Time
Enter the lease time (in minutes) for assigned IP addresses.
Static DHCP
Use this option to specify a DHCP address reservation to a particular device or
machine based on MAC address. To add a new reservation, click “
Add
”.
