• Check the remote control batteries: they may have been inserted in the
wrong direction or may have been discharged.
• Check that no liquid has escaped from the batteries.
• Check that there are no jammed buttons.
• Make sure there is no direct sunlight on the decoder.
• A temporary transmission error has occurred or the decoder software has
lost some of its settings. Switch off the unit and disconnect it from the
power supply; allow a few minutes to elapse and then switch it on again.
• Check that there are no transmitting devices in the vicinity that can cancel
the actions of the remote control.
• An incorrect function has been selected. Press the right button.
• Check that the decoder is properly connected to the power outlet and the TV.
The image appears squashed or cut
• The image format in the User Settings > AV Settings and Screen Size
menu has not been set according to the characteristics of the TV. Try
another format.
Channel loss or decoder lock. Deleting channel lists or FAVs
• Exclude all automatic updates and restart automatic channel tuning.
Inserted USB memory is not recognized
• Not all USB devices are compatible. It is recommended to use Hard Disks that
are powered by their own power supply. Use USB 2.0 and large capacity.
Some files are not recognized
• The manufacturer cannot guarantee that the files will be played back even
though the extension is supported: this depends on the Codec used, the
data bit rate and the resolution.
Do not change channel while recording
• You can record one channel and watch another at the same time, but all
channels must belong to the same packet.
Problems with recording
• Format the USB memory connected via the decoder.
NOTE:
not all HDDs are compatible.
The manufacturer is in no way

The decoder turns off
As required by recent European energy saving regulations, this decoder
automatically switches off after 3 hours if no operation is performed.
