Setting the DDNS on the DVR
1. Press SETUP and scroll down to the NETWORK SET option under the main menu ad press SEL
2.
In the
NETWORK
menu enter the required information :
DYNAMIC IP : Enter YES
Domain Name
: The sent to you via email after you create a
DDNS account
. (the
“digimerge.net
“ extension is not required).
User Name
: sent to you via email after you create a DDNS account. Example johndoe1
User Password
: leave blank
Move down to the DDNS STATUS CHECK and press SEL .
You will see the following message:
CHECKING DDNS NOW
Please wait...
It may take a few minutes
If your information is correct the system will display the following message: DDNS
STATUS OK,
Move the cursor to "
Save & Exit
" and press the select button. Press the menu button a few times to
exit the menu.
