05 ADJUSTMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS

5.3  Backrest

You can adjust your backrest surface according 
to your requirements. To do this, remove the 
padded backrest surface cushion and release 
the straps’ Velcro fasteners. The straps’ Velcro 
fasteners can then be re-fastened in the desired 
setting, starting with the bottom strap. Finally, 
fold the padded cushion over the backrest sur-
face again.

5.2  Drum brake (optional)

The braking power of the drum brakes can be ad-
justed by adjustment screws. The braking force is 
increased by unscrewing the adjustment screw. 

CAUTION

Ensure even adjustment on both 
sides of the wheelchair.
