Please read these instructions with care before installing and using the product.
We assume no liability in the event of failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
Safety notices:
- Keep the packaging away from children due to the suff ocation hazard.
- Wear gloves during installation to prevent pinching and cuts.
- Big pressure diff erences between the cold and hot water supplies must be equalised.
- Always use the product according to the intended use.
- Do not modify the product and do not repair the product yourself!
- Only use original parts. Incorrect repairs can cause unforeseeable damage!
ATTENTION!
The installation of an inspection shaft is recommended to provide access afterwards.
- Do not use a visibly damaged product!
- Please watch the openings – pinch point hazard!
Disposal
Environmentally friendly disposal prevent environmental damage. Dispose of the product
and packaging materials through an approved disposal service or your municipal administration.
Please follow currently applicable ordinances. Please contact your municipal administration
for information on environmentally friendly disposal.
Service
All of our products undergo a thorough fi nal inspection prior to shipping. This inspection includes the quality,
functionality and safety. If you need information or problems arise, please contact your specialist retailer.

Conditions of Warranty:
1. In accordance with these conditions, Roman Dietsche GmbH assumes warranty for the defect-free condition
of the goods, including wearing parts and surfaces. The buyer’s rights regarding the statutory warranty and
liability are not restricted by this warranty.
2. The warranty applies only to deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland and only for products that
are sold under a Roman Dietsche GmbH brand and not under any private label.
3. The warranty period is two years, beginning from the purchase date provided on the Certifi cate of Warranty
(period of warranty). The period of warranty for fi tting bodies and their components (e.g. fl ex-tubes, outlets,
S-connectors) is fi ve years. Warranty claims shall be made in writing within the period of warranty; otherwise,
they are invalid.
4. Warranty claims assume that the certifi cate of warranty was issued by a specialised craftsman or distributor
upon purchase and that the care and safety instructions set forth by Roman Dietsche GmbH have been
followed. The warranty does not apply to normal signs of wear and tear or to damage caused by incorrect
assembly, improper installation, improper use, falling, anomalous weather conditions, or wilful damage.
5. Warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at no cost, to be determined by
Roman Dietsche GmbH. Particularly when the model in question is no longer being manufactured, the product
can also be replaced with another, equivalent model. Upon request, exchanged parts are to be returned to
Roman Dietsche GmbH, at their expense, and become the property of Roman Dietsche GmbH.
The reimbursement of disassembly and assembly costs, claims for damages, and the right to withdraw from the
agreement are not included in the warranty.
6. This warranty is subject to German law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention of 11 April, 1980,
on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
7. To the extent that the buyer purchased the goods for professional or commercial use, or outside of the member
states of the European Union or the Lugano Convention (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) in which Roman
Dietsche GmbH conducts its commercial business or orients its operations, the place of jurisdiction for all
disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty is the location of Roman Dietsche GmbH.
8. Please carefully retain this certifi cate of warranty, along with the invoice for the purchased product. In order to
validate any warranty claims, please provide your original certifi cate of warranty and invoice, and contact:
