Select the FM radio source on the radio and tune to the frequency that was selected on the interface unit. As soon
as the radio is tuned to the appropriate frequency, audio from the iPod will be heard.
About RDS:
Radios with RDS capability allow the currently playing song title and artist name to be displayed on the
screen of the radio. To find out if a radio has RDS, tune to a popular radio station and if the station name
is displayed then the radio has RDS capability.

Problem
Solution
With the self-install kit, is there any way to
reduce static or interference?
Try relocating or adjusting the position of the DICE module/antenna closer to
the factory antenna.
The vehicle’s ignition may need to be started to supply power to the DICE unit.
If there is still static, try another 12V power source.
The iPod will not stop charging if I leave it
connected and shut off my vehicle.
With the pro-install kit, I get static on any of the
selected presets.
Make sure the Ignition wire (IGN) is attached to a 12V switched source so that the
DICE unit is receiving a shut-off signal.
