ERROR MESSAGE / TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter contains troubleshooting instructions in order to solve the error messages reported by the instrument.
When the instrument detects hardware or optical module problems, an error message shows up.
Error messages also appear in case of problems while running the scan application function or diagnostic tests.
When the

qPCR instrument 96

detects an error, it displays a special icon at the bottom of the touch
display.

Press this icon.

In the popup menu that opens, press "Count X", where "X" matches the number of error messages to read.
▪
A table opens with the following information.
o
Type: message type (error or warning). Warning messages are used for errors that do not prevent the
execution of experiments.
o
ID: Error Identification Code.
o
Description: A description of the error with its resolution instructions.

Press “OK” to close the table
Some error messages may refer to the diagnostic report for more details about the cause of the error.
