If the console does not receive
RPM
input within 4 minutes, the
LED
display will shut off and the console enter
a sleep mode. Once the console detects

, however, it will wake up.

START/STOP
to start a workout. When riding in a certain program, the user can adjust the
RESISTANCE

using the main control knob.

again to enter into break mode. Press the

button to leave the manual function.
