Chapter 3: Router Application (Station Mode)
If you wish to maintain the ability to access to the internet while screen mirroring with WPCTV3000, you
could connect your WPCTV3000 with your home/office router. The WPCTV3000 allows two different
ways to connect to a router : Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable connection, giving the flexibility to Internet
connection whichever method is most convenient.
If to connect the WPCTV3000 with the router, the WPCTV3000 will no longer appear in your Wi-Fi list.
Instead of connecting to the WPCTV3000 from the Wi-Fi list, you will now connect to the router which
is connecting to the WPCTV3000. If you wish to use nScreenShare, DLNA, i-Play, you must first connect
your PC, tablet, or smartphone to the same router.
- Wi-Fi connection
Step1: Click and turn on your WiFi connection in the Airfun setting page.
Step2: The Wireless access point list will show on the screen. Please choose the access point you wish to
connect.
When the devices are successfully connected, the UI will change as below:
** Please note! File streaming and screen mirroring performance might be deteriorated by this method
due to limited bandwidth of your router.
