As shown in
, the UCTS signal is shorted to P0_0 when a DA14531 PRO-DB is used. This
has been done to maintain compatibility with DA14585 daughterboards. The UCTS signal is an input
to the DA14531 and is driven high from the motherboard side (MB_RTS). If P0_0 is configured as
reset (active high), the motherboard will keep the DA14531 in reset indefinitely and prevent it from
booting (the Booter defaults this pin to the reset function between boot steps). To avoid this problem
there are several options:

Disconnect the UCTS jumper and place it after the device has booted and P0_0 has been
configured properly by the firmware for the UCTS function
●
Assign UCTS to another free GPIO and wire it accordingly
