Oven Cooking Functions
The
OV908DS
oven is a eight-function oven. The selection between the cooking functions can be done by setting
the electronic programmer to the manual position or by the cooking function control & temp control knobs.
Oven light
- When the function control knob is at any position other than the “0”, the oven light is on.
Defrosting
– The fan switches on without any heating. Food defrosting time is cut by about 1/3.
Maxigrill
– For intensive grilling and food that occupies a large surface. Temperature is to be set lower
than 175°C. Both grill heating element are turned on. Door has to be closed at all times for grilling. The
rotisserie can be used with this function.
Fan Forced
– the circular heating element and the fan come into operation and the heat is distributed
evenly to all levels of use. Various dishes can be cooked on different shelves, naturally remembering to
cook each one for the right time. The oven must be preheated before food is placed inside.
