Massage Belt:
Usage:
Use this belt at all “problematic” zones like belly,
waist, hip bottom and thigh.

Single Belt:
Usage:
Either you can step inside the anti cellulite belt
completely and put it around your bottom or you can
step inside the belt with only one leg, in order to
exercise the thighs in succession.
Make sure that the belt is always tight, but not
too tight around the respective area, which you want
to massage.
C.
Double belt:
Usage 1:
Turn with your back side to the motor and cross
the belt on your breast. This way you concentrate the
massage consequence on the shoulder and breast
musculature.
Usage 2:
Turn with your face to the motor and cross the
belt on your backside, this way you can relax your
back musculature.
Usage 3:
You can also massage your thighs musculature
with the belt as you step inside the belt. You can
control the intensity by stepping forwards and back.
