A: Fix the

bench support (89) to the double support (84) with the bolt (87), flat

washer (19), and nut (75). And then hang the dumbbell (109) on it.

B: Fix the handgrip (88) to the bench support (89) with the hex bolt (87), flat washer
(19), and nylon nut (68).And then insert the foam (35) into the two sides of the bench
support (89).
