Release the mechanical travel lock
Grab the plastic handle on the lift frame,
and pull the frame back until it hits the end
of the sliding tube
Open the platform from the vertical stow
position to the horizontal work position
Unfold the platform point. Beware of hand
and finger traps.
Verify if the upper support hook is properly
engaged in the corresponding bracket on
the side of the vehicle body
The lift is now ready for use.
