MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To clean polycarbonate parts use soapy water solution or other non-abrasive
cleaners.
Wash dirt and dust gently with water stream and wipe only with wet or damp
cloth/sponge from top to bottom.
The recommended frequency of cleaning the polycarbonate panels
is about once a month (or more) depending on how dirty the cab gets.
DO NOT use cleaning materials that could scratch the polycarbonate or metal
surfaces of the cab.
(abrasives, harsh fabrics, brushes …etc.)
DO NOT use solvents, or alkaline detergents, or cleaners with ammonia
(ammonium hydroxide).
DO NOT remove any impurities from the surface with razor blades or other
sharp items.
DO NOT clean cab when the polycarbonate plates are heated by the sun.
DO NOT use a squeegee as it could scratch the polycarbonate doors and back
windshield.
DO NOT clean/pressure wash with a water current strength greater than 725PSI
The manufacturer is not responsible for scratching the surface in case of failure
to comply with the above instructions.
All bolted connections of cab must be checked by the user at regular intervals
and retightened if needed.
Please be careful to not break the plastic washers. Tighten screws with plastic
washers to max torque of 3.7 foot-pound force (5 Nm)!!!
