Me FW Image Re-Flash

This field is used to enable or disable the ME FW Image Re-Flash function, which allows the 

user to update the ME firmware.

This field is used to enable or disable BIOS support for the security device such as TPM 2.0 to 

achieve hardware-level security via cryptographic keys.
