PCIE x16 / DVI Select

The system board allows connecting a device to either the DVI port
at the rear panel or to the PCI Express x16 card. However, you
cannot use devices connected to both the DVI port and PCI Ex-
press x16 card at the same time. Jumpers JP8 to JP12 are used to
select between using PCIE x16 or DVI.
