WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•
This product was designed to be installed in a residential capacity for indoor use only.
Please do not use the product for any other purpose.
•
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or swimming
pool. If installed in a bathroom then the control panel must be impossible to reach by
persons in the bath/shower.
•
The electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance
with the local regulations.
•
The heater is fitted with a length of flexible cable for connection to the fixed wiring of
the premises through a suitable connection box positioned adjacent to the heater.
The supply circuit must encompass a double pole isolating switch with a contact
separation of at least 3mm.
•
Never cover or obstruct in any way the heat outlet slots at the top of the heater or
the air inlet slots in the base of the heater.
For your safety, this heater is fitted with a thermal cut-out. In the event that
the product overheats, the cut-out prevents excessive temperatures by
cutting the power to the heater.
