provided to user for operation, transportation and
storage.
The covered warranty period of the device is 24 months
starting from the date of sale through the retail chain.
If the device certi
fi cate does not have a sale date or a
seller stamp, the warranty period starts from the date
of the production of the device.
The user has the right for the free repair within the
warranty period. All repairs under warranty shall be
performed at the manufacturer’s facility. The defective
device shall be brought to the repair station at the
buyer’s expense.
In case of device body impairment and/or absence of
warranty certi
fi cate, the claims are not valid and the
warranty repair will not be performed.
The warranty does not cover the following defects:
- defects due to improper operation
- defects due to natural disasters
- in case of broken seals
- in case of exterior defects (cracks, cleavages, and
others.).
The buyer has the right to have the defective device
substituted for the new one in the following cases:
- the device was under repair three times during the
warranty period;
- the device is beyond repair.
Attention! The manufacture reserves the right, without
any prior notice, to make modi fi cations to the device
design and so ſt ware without compromising current
parameters.
