Dear customer. We hope you get a lot of joy out of your new Electric scooter.

The battery built in the Electric scooter is not fully charged from production line and when left unused
the battery can slowly discharge by itself.

This can lead to slow charge if the battery is fully discharged, but this is done to avoid damage to the
battery.

If you experience that you cannot turn on your E-

scooter, and it doesn’t seem to charge (the charger

lights up green instantly), please do not try to solve the problem by disassembling the machine by
yourself and contact our after-sales directly.
