ON /OFF BUTTON: the display turns on and off
6Km/h BUTTON: By pressing this button for more than 2 seconds, the bicycle motor starts without pedalling, keeping the button pressed. The
maximum the bicycle can reach is 6Km/h. As soon as the button is released, the electric aid ceases.

Battery use and maintenance
Advantages of the Li-ion battery: this electric bicycle uses a high quality Li-ion battery that is light and does not pollute the environment.
Furthermore, this type of battery has the following advantages:
It recharges with no memory effect
It has great energy capacity and a small volume and is lightweight
Long durability
Functions without problems at different temperatures (from -10°C to +40°C)
To ensure long battery life and avoid damaging it, follow the guidelines below when using it:
-When the display shows battery charge L during use, recharge it as soon as possible (fig.5)
-Fully recharge the battery before long trips.
-if the bicycle is not used frequently, the battery must always be recharged every 2-3 months.
PLEASE NOTE:
1)The battery life may be reduced if it is not regularly recharged, due to natural discharging.
2)Never use any metal directly to connect the two poles of the battery, otherwise, the battery will be damaged due to a short circuit
3)Never place the battery near fire or other heat sources
4)Never shake or hit the battery
5)When the battery is not inserted in the bicycle, keep it out of reach of children to prevent unexpected accidents
6)It is forbidden to disassemble the battery

Battery charger use and maintenance
Before recharging the battery, please follow the points below regarding the charger:
Do not use the charger in an area with explosive gases and/or corrosive substances
Never shake or hit the charger to avoid damaging it
Protect the charger from the rain and damp
The charger should normally be used at a temperature between 0°C and +40°C
It is forbidden to disassemble the battery charger
Use only the battery charger supplied with the bicycle to avoid damage to the battery and to prevent voiding the warranty
During charging, the battery charger and battery should be at least 10 cm from the wall, or from air conditioning systems. Do not place
anything around the battery charger during use.
Charging procedure
To charge the battery of the electric bicycle, follow the procedure below:

-The battery can be charged with an AC outlet
-Insert the charger output to the battery in a safe manner and plug the charger into an AC outlet
-During charging, the LED on the charger will become red, showing that it is charging. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will
become green.
