Temperature Protection
• If the battery temperature is 0–10°C (32–50°F), the charger will use low current to charge the battery until the
battery temperature is higher than 10°C (50°F), then the charger will return to normal charging mode. The charger
will not charge the battery if the battery temperature is below 0°C (32°C).
• If the battery temperature is above 45°C (113°F), the charger will change to a lower charging current. If the battery
temperature exceeds 50°C (122°F), the charger will stop charging the battery and make a beeping noise until the
battery temperature drops back below 40°C (104°F), at which point normal charging will resume.
• If the temperature of the charger reaches 75°C (167°F), charging will stop and only resume when the charger
temperature is back down to 65°C (149°F).
• If the charger voltage is lower than 8V, the charger will switch to low current mode.
