4. The lifting ba
r is an optional accessory, specification: 45 steel, diameter φ60mm,
length 1600mm. Other rods with yield strength greater than 355MPa, diameter
between 60mm and 65mm, and similar length can also be used in the field.
5. The lifting weight of crane and ropes must meet requirements. Pay attention to the
center of gravity of the cabinet. Adjust the length of the ropes before lifting to
compensate for uneven load weight distribution. Keep it slow and reduce intense
vibration as possible during the transportation process of lifting and landing.
6. The cooling fans shall be installed after the lifting and positioning confirmation of the
power cell and transformer cabinets are accomplished.

Using a forklift
Forklift must be capable of bearing a weight above 5 tons, and there must add a wood
block between forklift and cabinet to prevent truck arm from scratching cabinet, shown as
figure 6-9.
