NOTES/TIPS TO COOK PIZZA
• If the oven is already hot (e.g. in case of sequential pizza cooking), the electronic control will automati-
cally reduce/adjust the cooking time.
• Always put the pizza on the pizza tray on the wire rack (
G
) provided; then insert the tray in position 1
(see pag.6).
• Frozen pizza: remove the pizza from its packaging and put the pizza directly on the pizza tray (
O
).
Home - made pizza with fresh dough: prepare the pizza on the well greased pizza tray (
O
) or line the
tray with oven-proof paper. We suggest adding mozzarella or soft cheese just five minutes before the end
of cooking process: the cheese will melt perfectly without overburning.
• In order to select the right program, refer to the following table.
• Cooking result may vary; adjust these settings to your individual preferences.

Single cooking
Double cooking
At 2/3 of the cooking time, an audible signal
will sound to indicate that the two pizzas need
to be swapped over, placing the top one on the
bottom rack and vice-versa. Also turn them
around 180 degrees. Then press START/STOP
to start the cooking process. If START/STOP is
not pressed within 3 minutes from when the
“beeps” sound, the function will resume auto-
matically.
