TILTING GRILL

 

The grill is secured to the rear wall of the oven on a hinge system that allows it to be 

lowered to allow proper access when cleaning the oven ceiling (fig. 12).

 

To lower the grill element: use a flat-head screwdriver or a small coin to loosen the 

element fixing screw (fig. 11).

 

When you have finished cleaning the oven ceiling, raise the grill element and screw 

the element fixing screw back onto the stud. Make sure that the fixing screw is tighte

-

ned and the element is held securely in place.

 

The grill element itself is self-cleaning.

GREASE FILTER

 

A special screen is provided at the 

back of the oven to catch grease par-

ticles, mainly when meat is being roa-

sted (fig. 10).

 

Clean the filter after any cooking!

 

The grease filter can be removed for 

cleaning and should be washed regu-

larly in hot soapy water (fig. 10).

 

Always dry the filter properly before fit

-

ting it back into the oven.

CAUTION:

 When baking pastry etc. this 

filter should be removed.
