Remove the two silver, round-headed M2 x 5-mm screws from the left 

side of the palm rest.

Turn the computer upside down and remove the 13 black M2.5 x 6-

mm screws from the bottom case.

Remove the black M2.5 x 6-mm screw from the front of the module 

bay, and remove the silver M2 x 4-mm screw from the front of the 

battery bay.

10

Pull up on the back of the palm rest, releasing the snaps that hold the 

palm rest to the bottom case.
