To remove the boot up timer value, use the
no delay-restore abort-threshold
command.
Parameters
interval Enter the interval value (in seconds) for the delay restore timer to abort. The range is
from 1 to 1800 seconds. The default is
60 seconds .
This delay restore timer applies only during reload/boot-up and not in other scenarios (for
example, during ICL flap).
Defaults 60 seconds

interval to the hold-down ICL peer-up in the start-up configurations.
