Ein System mit mehr als acht logischen Prozessoren kann bei der Installation von Microsoft Windows
Server 2003 Standard oder Enterprise Edition vor SP1 eventuell abstürzen. Um dies zu vermeiden,
deaktivieren Sie vorübergehend die Option
Logical Processor
(Logischer Prozessor) im System-Setup-

Installation von Microsoft Windows 2000
PowerEdge 6800-Systeme, die Dual-Core-Prozessoren mit L3-Cache verwenden, laufen
nicht
unter
den Betriebssystemen Microsoft Windows 2000 Server oder Microsoft Windows 2000 Advance Server.
ANMERKUNG:
PowerEdge 6800-Systeme, die Single-Core-Prozessoren mit oder ohne L3-Cache
bzw. Dual-Core-Prozessoren mit L2-Cache einsetzen, laufen hingegen unter den Betriebssystemen
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server oder Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
