Replacing the System-Board Fan  

 

 

1.

Follow the procedures in 

Before You Begin

.  

 

 

  

2.

Align the screw holes on the system-board fan with the screw holes on the system-board shield.  
 

 

  

3.

Replace the two screws that secure the system-board fan to the system-board shield.  
 

 

  

4.

Turn the system-board shield over.  
 

 

  

5.

Replace the system-board shield (see

).  

 

 

  

6.

Replace the inverter (see

).  

 

 

  

7.

Replace the I/O bracket (see
