Product description
The "Industrial Vacuum" product comprises side-channel vacuum pump Suction Unit including an
electrical engine which drives one or two cast-die aluminum impellers.
The impellers are splined on the engine drive shaft and are housed inside a safety shield; the unit is
provided with no.1 air inflow duct and no.1 air outflow duct.
The Suction Unit is assembled onto a trolley frame and housed by an insulating sheet metal casing.
This Suction Unit’s duty is to create vacuum inside the “Filtering Chamber”, which consists of a sheet
metal cylinder housing a filter, which separates and retains the dust albeit allowing clean air outflow.
The filtering unit may have different dimensions, types of filter as well as different efficiency depending
on the specific use. Generally, the dust suction hose and a filter protection cyclone are placed on the
filtering chamber.
The vacuumed material will deposit t into the collection container, which may have different capacity
and is provided with wheels for an easy removal from the machine body for emptying.
The machine may also be equipped with a series of accessories for dust or debris vacuuming, in order
to meet the specific needs of our Customers.
