V. Common Problem Solving
●When the watch is not on-line and not positioned, please
set up APN parameter of SIM card in the watch, make the
watch work normally. Because different SIM card
communications operators in different countries have
different APNs, in order to understand APN of your SIM
card, please consult with local communications operators.
Please use your mobile phone to edit “pw,123456,apn,
network name
#” and send to SIM card number of the
watch.
Example: pw,123456,apn,cmwap#
In the example, cmwap stands for APN of China Mobile
operator.
If sets up APN successfully, reply the information
“APN setting is successful”.
●It prompts that the number you dialed is busy now when
dials the watch with your mobile phone. The SIM card has
not activated the caller ID display yet, so that the watch
can’t identify any number. Please activate this function of
SIM card in the watch.
●If Sending or Sending Failed is always displayed after
commands are set on the APP client, the reason may be
