FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions
Eyes Closed
It is recommended that you close your eyes when experiencing the Dream
Weaver, but if you open you eyes, nothing bad will happen to you. You
experience the light from the Dream Weaver goggles through closed eyes. With
your eyes open there are more visual distractions which can take away from
getting deeper inside yourself.
Light Intensity
The brighter the light, the richer the experience, but make sure that the light
intensity is completely comfortable for you.
Adjust Light Intensity
When each program launches it is at half brightness. You can adjust the
brightness to up to twice the default brightness or decrease it to 10% or turn
the lights off. There are 3 ways to do this
1)
In the player mode, drag the light intensity bar with your finger from
your screen to the right to increase brightness and to the left to
decrease brightness
2)
swipe your finger from left to right on the icon image(photo) of the
program in the player mode. There are 11 settings. Every swipe to the
right will increase the brightness one setting. Every swipe to the left
will decrease the brightness by one setting.
3)
Using the iPhone EarPods which came with the iPhone. On the
microphone and volume controller, if you tap the center twice
(between the + and the – volume control) the light brightness goes up
one setting. If you tap the center 3 times, the light brightness goes
down 1 setting.
Skip Intro or Jump Forward
After you have listened to a program, you may elect for subsequent plays to skip
the intro. You can do that by hitting the Skip Intro button on the lower right of
each player or by dragging the time progression bar to the right to advance the
program or to the left to replay an earlier portion of the program.
How Often to Use the Dream Weaver & Repeat Play
