CARING FOR YOUR KNIVES
• Knives should be kept out of the reach of children at all times.
• Do not use knives for any other purpose than cutting (i.e. screwdriver,
can opener, etc.)
• Always use extreme caution when handling your knives, keeping in mind
these precautions: Never try to catch a falling knife, never reach for a
knife blindly, and cut away from your body.
• Dishwasher safe. To hand wash, carefully wipe with a wet cloth and a
mild dishwashing detergent after each use. Dry immediately.
• Due to regular use any knife will lose its sharpness. Sharpening on a
periodic basis will renew the cutting edge, maximizing the knives
performance.
• For sharpening use a multi-stage electric or manual sharpener.
