QTY:8 - ½ x 1 1/2” Hex Head Bolts
QTY:2 - 12mm x 100mm Hex Head Bolts
QTY:10 - ½” Flat Washers
QTY:10 - ½” Lock Washers
QTY:2 -12mm Hex Nuts
QTY:4 -1/2” Hex Nuts
Installation Instructions:
1 - Read and understand instructions completely before beginning this installation.
Note: This is a non-drill application.
2 - Front Bracket Installation: Lift up the carpet in front of the front seat to locate the gasket that covers up the existing bolt in the
vehicle floor (Body mount bolt). Note: If you have trouble locating the existing bolt in the vehicle floor you may need to bolt
the front bracket to the nerfstep and hold it up to the vehicle to get the approximate bolt location. Remove the existing bolt in the
vehicle floor and replace it with the 12mm x 100mm hex head bolt. Place the front bracket up to the vehicle as shown in the
drawing below and secure it into place using ½” flat washers, ½” lock washers, and 12mm hex nuts. Hand Tighten until snug.
3 - Rear Bracket Installation: Place the rear support bracket between the vehicle floor and the vehicle frame (Rear body mount) as
shown in the picture below. Place the rear bracket up to the rear support bracket as shown in the drawing below and secure
it into place using1/2 ” flat washers, ½” lock washers, and 12mm hex nuts. Hand Tighten until snug.
4 - Place the nerfstep up to the vehicle and secure it to the front and rear brackets using ½” flat washers, ½” lock washers, and
½ x 1 ½” hex head nuts. Hand tighten until snug.
5 - Make any final adjustments to the position of the nerfstep on the vehicle and then tighten all of the fasteners until snug.
