• Push open end of P0464 Suc�on Screen Assembly onto open end of P0458 Suc�on hose 

Barb. If needed, wet inside edge of P0464 with reducer to ease assembly.

• Using wide nose pliers squeeze tabs of P0440 together, install one P0440 onto one bo�om 

end of P0454 push up to fa�er part of hose and release wide nose pliers.

• Insert small end of P0458 into end of P0454 with P0440 on it, push completely together. 

• With pliers squeeze tabs of P0440 together and pull P0440 down on top of P0458 and 

release wide nose pliers.

• Insert end with no parts a�ached of P0454 through hollowed out side of P1109*, let P1109* 

slide down to bo�om of P0454.

• Insert end of P0454 through P0449, slide P0449 down to middle of P0454.

• Insert end of P0454 through P1225, let P1225 slide down to P0449.

• Using wide nose pliers squeeze tabs of P0440 together, install one P0440 onto the top end of 

P0454 push down to fa�er part of hose, install onto assembled MPU unit. 

• Install one complete assembled hose per each hose barb on MPU unit as shown, front and 

back, three are needed per MPU unit.

• Push P1225 all the way up un�l it engages with P0451 in the front pump or the P0445 in the 

back pump. Push P0449 all the way up to P1225.

• Repeat the above step for any remaining suc�on hoses.
