The DELIB Installation defines environment variables to facilitate links to the
DELIB-include and DELIB-lib directory.
DELIB_LIB = C:\Programs\DEDITEC\DELIB\lib
DELIB_INCLUDE = C:\Programs\DEDITEC\DELIB\include

Start Visual-C/C++ and open via menu "Projekt -> Einstellungen"
