Mounting
1 Cutting the hoses to length
Using a pipe cutter, cut the hose to the desired length betwen two of
the ridges.
1. Slide the nut onto the hose.
2. Place and close the tightening washer in the first hollow between
the ridges.
Slide the nut against the tightening washer.
3. Hand screw the threaded part onto the nut and use 2 spanners to
tighten the nut against the threaded part:
The tightening washer is compressed against the ridge on the
free pipe and thus forms the collar of the leakproof, flat hose.
To facilitate the operation, hold the threaded part in a vice and
tighten the nut using a spanner.
4. Unscrew the nut.
5. Remove the threaded part.
6. Fit the flat gasket to the collar on the hose.
7. Tighten the threaded part again at the extremity of the unit.
Do not forget the leakproof gasket at the extremity.
