Pans and casseroles must be designed for
use with electric hobs.
Use pans with flat bases that have good sur-
face contact with the cooking zone surface.
They must be made out of :
- stainless steel with a thick tri-metal or
“sandwich” bottom.
- in aluminium with a thick smooth bottom.
- In enamelled steel.
