Important Safety Instructions

Do not use this heater in the immediate
surrounding of a bath, a shower or a
swimming pool. Do not use this unit in any
area where water is present.

Do not immerse the heater in water or
allow for water to come into contact with the
plug or control device.

Keep this heater clean. Do not allow objects
to enter the ventilation opening as this may
cause electric shock, fire or damage to the
heater. Always switch the appliance OFF
and unplug before cleaning.

Close supervision is required when any
appliance is used near or by children. Do
not let animals or children touch or play with
the heater.
–
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
– This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.”

Never allow the cord to touch wet or hot
surfaces, become twisted or be within the
reach of children.

Do not use outdoors. For indoor use only. Do
not use the heater for any other use then as
a domestic heater.

This appliance is intended for household
use only.

Never expose the appliance to atmospheric
conditions (rain, sun, etc.)

When not in use, cover the heater and store
in a clean, cool, dry area.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person must
replace it in order to avoid a hazard.

Do not use the appliance for other
than its intended use as described in
this instruction book.

Avoid knocking or scratching the heater. Do
not damage or kink the power cord.

Never touch the appliance with wet or damp
hands or feet.
–
The manufacturer is not responsible for any
eventual damages caused by improper or
faulty use.
Note: Should the unit overheat, this heater
is fitted with a safety overheating device which will
switch off automatically. If this should happen,
all you need to do is disconnect the plug from
the electrical socket for a few minutes.
Ensure the heater is not covered and
nothing is obstructing any of the vents.
Plug the heater back into the electrical
socket and switch the heater back ON.
