type of thermal protection. When in doubt as
regards the temperature of a given surface, it
is always preferable to protect yourself.
ATTENTION: The lever will not stay down if
the appliance is not plugged in!
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before doing any cleaning tasks, make sure
that the toaster is unplugged from the mains
and that it has cooled down completely.
• To remove the breadcrumbs, slide out the
breadcrumb tray located on one side of the
appliance.
• Attention! It is very important that you
empty the crumb tray regularly. The
breadcrumbs accumulating in the toaster
could burn and the appliance could catch
fire.
• Never use any sharp objects to clean the
toaster. This could damage the appliance.
• To clean the outer surfaces, just use a soft,
damp cloth.
