IMPORTANTE!

Quando l’acqua viene aggiunta nel corso della preparazione, deve avere una temperatura di 

40±5 °C.

1. Al termine dell’utilizzo, spegnere l’apparecchio 

portando la manopola su 0. Prima di sostituire o 

togliere l’accessorio, prima di smontare l’apparecchio 

o quando questo non è in uso, spegnerlo e scollegare 

la spina dalla presa di corrente.

2. Ruotare in senso orario la leva di sgancio (2) 

e, contemporaneamente, sollevare il braccio 

orientabile (1) con una mano fino a sentire un clic.

1. Staccare l’accessorio ruotandolo in senso orario.

2. Rimuovere la ciotola con all’interno gli alimenti 

lavorati ruotandola in senso antiorario.

IMPORTANT!

The temperature of water which will be added into dough at 40+/-5

degree when preparing for dough is on progress.

CLEANING

When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Remove plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
• Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as
they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
• Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately. all of the accessories separately can be cleaned in
warm soapy wate. Make sure the parts are not fixed firmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
• Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
• IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the appliance if damp.
• We recommend you lubricate the meat screens with vegetable oil after cleaning, and store them in grease-proof paper to
