Profiles

Profiles

This menu allows you to customise your
handset settings for difference occasions.

In idle mode, proceeds as follow:
1.

Press

(Menu) to enter main menu.

2.

Scroll to “Profiles” with

.

3.

Press

(Ok) to access the menu.

This menu provides a number of profiles for
various occasions.
1.

Normal

: Default setting of the handset and

is used on normal occasion.

2.

Mute

: The settings that related to ring tone

is off.

3.

Meeting

: Used on meeting occasion.

4.

Outdoor

: The volume is set to maximum

level.

5.

Customized

: You may customise your own

profile for a special occasion and change
the name of the profile.

The following table shows you the default
setting for each profile.

You may change the setting of the parameters
by preference for each profile by accessing the
following options:

Incoming Call Alert

Sets the incoming alert type for your handset.
1.

Scroll to the desired profile and press

(Ok).

2.

Scroll to “Preference” and press
(Ok).

3.

Scroll to “Incoming Call Alert” and press

(Ok).

4.

Select one of the desired alert types and
press

(Ok).

Ringing Tone

Sets the ring tone for the incoming calls. You
may choose the favourite melody from the
folders at the top of the screen. Where the first
folder stores the embedded melodies, the
second folder stores the melodies downloaded
from WAP.

Ringer Volume

Sets the volume level of the ring tone.

SMS Alert

Sets the tone for notifying you of the incoming
message.

Key Tones

Sets whether or not the keypad tone makes
sound when pressed.

Connection Alert

Sets the alert type of notifying you when the
call is connected.

Power On/Off Alert

Sets whether or not to activate or deactivate the
music when powering up.

Clock

This menu shows the options for setting the
alarm, date and time, display mode (display the
time on the sub display), time zone, auto power
off and calendar,.
