No forward or
rewind scan

Symptom

Solution

Some discs have a section that prohibits
rapid scanning or title and chapter skip.
The movie is often programmed to
prohibit skipping through the warning
information and the credits at the
beginning of a movie.

The player stops
working when a USB
drive or memory
card is inserted into
the player

The connected USB drive or memory card
is probably not an original version. The
player cannot play a non-original USB
drive or memory card.
If the player stops working, turn it off and
unplug it from the power supply.
Reconnect it to the power supply and
switch it on again. The player will resume
normal status.
