3.2. User’s interface and video screens

The following table provides some examples of the video screens that are displayed
during the programme operation.

Start and Stop

The instrument start and stop functions are directly managed via the ON/OFF key.
START: press the ON/OFF key once.
STOP:

keep the ON /OFF key pressed for 5 seconds.

When the instrument is switched on, the following initial screen is displayed
for 5 seconds

The screen contains:

1) Language selection:

Select the language by pressing the digital key corresponding to the chosen language
code.
Example.
Press “ 2” to select the ENGLISH language; it will automatically be set in all the relative
instrument menus.
The screen is displayed for 5 seconds to allow the selection; if no displayed key is
pressed within 5 seconds, the last language selected in the previous operation will be
maintained.

2) Hardware and Software Info:

the instrument Serial Number and Software version can be displayed.
