1. Loosen the stem screw before trying to insert it in the tube.
*To confirm that the fork is in the right position, check if the brake pads
are on the same side of the bike. 2. Put the skirt (A) on the handlebar stem and insert it in the fork
tube (B).
3. Tighten the stem screw. 4. Loosen the stem cap screw (located on the underside of the stem)
5.Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable position.
* It is recommended to angle the brake handles at aprox. 45°
6. Tighten the stem cap screw (see 2.4).
