Operation
Instructions
Clean
the
appliance
thoroughly
before
use.
Place
the
Slow
Cooker
on
a
stable
surface,
fully
unwind
the
electrical
cord
and
plug
into
the
power
point.
Place
the
ceramic
inner
pot
into
the
cavity
of
the
Slow
Cooker.
Prepare
recipe
and
place
ingredients
into
the
ceramic
inner
pot.
Do
not
fill
the
ceramic
inner
pot
past
¾
full.
Some
foods
may
expand
during
cooking
and
this
may
result
in
food
spilling
over.
Place
lid
onto
the
ceramic
inner
pot.
Always
cook
with
the
lid
in
place.
Avoid
removing
the
lid
to
check
progress
while
cooking
for
the
first
2
hours.
This
may
result
in
heat
loss
and
delay
the
cooking
cycle.
Select
desired
temperature
setting;
LOW
or
HIGH.
Refer
to
the
recipe
for
exact
cooking
time.
The
slow
cooker
has
a
built
in
timer
(3
minute
intervals).
The
WARM
cook
setting
is
only
for
keeping
already
cooked
food
warm.
When
the
cooking
cycle
is
complete,
set
the
control
knob
to
WARM.
Turn
to
OFF
position,
unplug
the
cooker
and
allow
all
parts
and
accessories
to
cool
before
cleaning.
NOTE:
Do
not
operate
the
WARM
setting
for
more
than
4
hours.

To
Clean
Switch
off
the
slow
cooker
and
allow
to
cool
before
cleaning
The
glass
lid
and
ceramic
inner
pot
are
dishwasher
safe.
They
can
also
be
washed
in
hot,
soapy
water.
DO
NOT
use
abrasive
cleaning
tools
or
cloths,
such
as
scoring
pads.
A
soft
cloth,
sponge
or
rubber
spatula
can
be
used
to
remove
any
food
residue.
DO
NOT
allow
sudden
temperature
changes
for
either
the
lid
or
inner
ceramic
pot
–
sudden
changes
in
temperature
may
result
in
cracks
or
breakage
of
these
parts.
The
exterior
of
the
slow
cooker
can
be
cleaned
with
a
soft,
damp
cloth.
Wipe
dry
thoroughly.
DO
NOT
use
abrasive
cleaners
or
scouring
pads.
Never
immerse
the
base
unit,
electrical
cord
or
plug
in
water.
Allow
to
dry
thoroughly
before
using.
